3 Account Security

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors at dbb33 will receive a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to claim this bonus:

  • The total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 20 times (20x).
  • Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
  • Bonus funds may not be used on any unauthorized game.
  • If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 VIP and Cashback

dbb33's VIP program has 5 levels, each offering a weekly cashback:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP level progression is determined based on regular activity and platform guidelines.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • dbb33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
  • Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.
  • Winnings earned through bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

dbb33 maintains a fair play policy across all games. The games operated on the platform are powered by software from recognised game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi).

6.2 Technical Errors

Results displayed due to a technical error or system malfunction in any game will be considered void. In such cases, deposited funds will be returned, but any winnings displayed as a result of the error will not be paid out.

6.3 Game Rules

  • Each game has its own applicable rules, which are available in the game interface.
  • Using any strategic or automated tools to play games is prohibited.
  • If a player exploits a game vulnerability or bug to gain an advantage, the relevant winnings will be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbb33 platform:

  • Operating multiple accounts or claiming multiple bonuses.
  • Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Providing fraudulent information or falsifying account details.
  • Using bots, macros, or automated software to operate games.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
  • Harassing or abusing other users.
  • Gaining an advantage through collusion or coordinated cheating.
  • Exploiting technical bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.

Any user involved in the above prohibited activities will have their account permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 dbb33's Rights

dbb33 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
  • Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
  • Responsible gaming concerns (such as a self-exclusion request).
  • At the direction of a regulatory or legal authority.

8.2 User Rights

A user may close their account at any time. In such cases, the available balance (subject to wagering requirements) will be returned. A request to close the account must be submitted to the support team.

9 Limitation of Liability

dbb33 will not be held liable for the following:

  • Any loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
  • Any loss caused by the user's own negligence.
  • Financial loss from game outcomes — financial risk exists in online gaming.
  • Any issues arising from uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure).
